Chaos

Initially created as part of therapy, I have used strong words to express my frustrations. These relate to the struggles of setting up my professional artistic practice, reacting to a particularly stressful period of time. Stress and Chaos were originally a 2-part artwork consisting of spray painted layers of text.
CHAOS as a word particularly resonated with many people who viewed the artwork, and so began the development of the series through the use of different words. This has evolved into a more light-hearted series of linoprints with an element of humour.
